We will work together, either through email, or by scheduling studio visits to create a design and choose materials that will best fit your needs.

Once we settle on a design and materials you will be asked for a down payment of 50% of the agreed upon cost, or the cost of the materials, whichever is greater. Yarrow Mead Metals at this time will send an invoice for debit or credit card.

Yarrow Mead Metals reserves the right to charge for design time if client chooses to cancel a custom order after significant time has been spent on it.

 

If the piece needs resizing upon completion Yarrow Mead Metals reserves the right to charge for a resize, depending on the situation.

Yarrow Mead Metals reserves the right to turn down projects in a style or material not cohesive with other work.
