To tighten the clasp gently squeeze the U shape between your fingers and then test the click with the ear wire.To loosen the clasp use your fingernail to gently pry the U open and then test the click with the ear wire.
Regular daily wear may cause the click to soften over time. If you notice this happening simply repeat the quick tightening steps listed above.
